2024 Transition Workshop Series – Salt Lake City, Utah

One-day Transition Workshops will feature local clinicians and resources specializing in the transition from pediatric to adult health care and transitions from postsecondary education that include: further education, employment, and independent living in individuals with TSC.
The sessions will provide families and individuals with recommendations and resources that provide timelines and supports available on how and when to start preparing for the transition to adulthood for those living with TSC.
Please note: Childcare is not provided at these conferences and workshops.
