Chief Financial Officer
The TSC Alliance is actively recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO supervises the Finance and Administrative Department and is the chief financial spokesperson for the TSC Alliance and the TSC Alliance Endowment Fund organizations. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will implement the infrastructure/systems needed to support substantial growth over the next five years. The CFO will continue to build and manage effective and streamlined administrative/financial systems, including financial, accounting, legal, human resources (HR) and physical infrastructure. As a member of the Executive Management team, the CFO will be involved in strategic planning, evaluation and professional development initiatives as well as overall management of operations as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, investing and protecting resources, forecasting needs and securing new funding.
