This session provides insights and resources for your adults impacted by TSC and their families to approach the challenges of transition to adulthood. The group will share their personal experiences and key considerations for semi-independent and independent individuals impacted by TSC who are transitioning out of secondary school and into higher education, vocation training, or employment.
